Challenge to win the new track

From May 17 to 19,2025, the final round of the 18th "Challenge Cup" Guangdong College Students 'Extracurricular Academic and Scientific Works Competition was successfully held. The event was jointly organized by the Communist Youth League of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, Guangdong Provincial Federation of Students, and Zhaoqing Municipal People's Government, with Zhaoqing University as the host institution.

A total of 12 teams from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Shenzhen University actively participated in the competition and went to Zhaoqing. Under the guidance of their instructors, the project members gave full play to their professional knowledge and formed planning and operation plans on site, realizing the resonance between students' innovative practice and local development in Zhaoqing.

Through the final stage of network review and on-site defense, the project achievements of four student teams in our college won the awards of Zhaoqing Special Competition of provincial competition, including 2 first prizes and 2 third prizes.
